Vic — Electric skateboard manufacturer

I’m Vic. I’ve spent nearly 10 years designing and manufacturing electric skateboards.

Most electric skateboard reviews are written by riders. We write them as the people who build them — which changes everything about how we see a board.

When we look at a product, we’re not just asking if it’s fun to ride. We’re looking at why the motor is spec’d that way, why the ESC behaves the way it does, and what trade-offs the manufacturer made to hit that price point.

Why this blog exists

The electric skateboard market is full of hype. Brands pay influencers to say nice things. Nobody talks about the compromises, the cost-cutting, or the engineering decisions that shaped the final product.
